Poor. The reservation when booking on agoda says it is for max of 2 persons. Upon checking in, I was told the room I booked was only for one person, which is an obvious oversight since I didnt put the second guest name on since I am the lead guest. The manager refused to make an accommodation and insisted on another rs 1000. I ordered the delux room with a king bed which accommodates up to 3 persons on the app. As well, the swimming pool is ‘under construction’. Not only that, 2 roaches were waiting for is in the bathroom., though they changed rooms for us. It is certainly not customer centric and expect nickel and diming.

Excellent stay and courteous staff.Close to the railway station as well as to the Thrissur Pooram location.Neat and tidy rooms, restaurant was good.Wirhin the heart of the city, travel facilities are abundant.I didn't see a working swimming pool possibly due to some maintenance work
